ITN Baseball & Softball Academy has implemented a new policy with regard to the cancellation and rescheduling of private lessons, rentals, and camps/clinics. This policy, effective 2/1/2023, will apply to both clients and to ITN Baseball & Softball Academy staff.
When you schedule a lesson, you are not just scheduling instruction, you are also reserving an indoor space to work in our facility. All lessons, rentals, and camps/clinics must be paid for in advance to reserve your spot. Therefore, they will not be scheduled until payment is received. For your convenience, ITN Baseball & Softball Academy offers online scheduling. As a client, you have the ability to purchase, book, and manage your lessons and rentals online.
If an athlete is late, the instructor/staff will still need to end the lesson/rental at the original ending time. An instructor/staff will wait 10 minutes for a late arrival before marking the lesson/rental as a no-show, which will be charged as a regular lesson/rental.
Because your lesson, rental, or camp/clinic is reserved for you, even if you’re absent, anytime that you do not show up without calling 24-hours prior to your scheduled time will automatically be charged to your ITN Academy account.
Rescheduling and/or canceling is discouraged. We understand that life happens, but we ask that you only book lessons, rentals, camps/clinics that you know that you can attend. We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy on all private lessons, rentals, and camps/ clinics. Please let us know as early as possible if you will need to cancel or reschedule your lesson or rental so that we may offer the open slot to other clients. Should it be necessary for you to cancel, you must call the Academy directly at 717-641-3183. Failure to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in being unable to reschedule and your time will be charged to your ITN Academy account. Any scheduled lesson or rental may be canceled without penalty if done so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time by the client. Any lesson missed by an instructor will be made up. If the instructor must reschedule a lesson, the instructor must notify the athlete at least 24 hours in advance.
All sales are final; no refunds, no exceptions. There are no refunds or credits for missed lessons, rentals, or camps/clinics. All lesson packages must be completed prior to the expiration date or the remaining lessons will be forfeited. Lesson packages expire within 6 months from the purchase date. Lesson packages are not transferable.
In an effort to keep you informed of scheduled lessons and rentals, we send out reminders via text and/or email. It is important that we have your phone number and/or email address. Please call the front desk at 717-641-3183 or log into your client portal to update your information so we can keep you informed of your lesson/rental schedule and other events throughout ITN Baseball & Softball Academy.
