For Softball and Baseball athletes seeking to gain knowledge and experience in the preparation and execution of coaching athletes. Athletes will develop a leadership mindset and build their leadership style as they learn and practice skills that foster success on the field and in life. Skills include communication skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, self-reflection, professionalism, ethical behavior, organization skills, small group engagement strategies, practice planning, and more! Athlete's will facilitate a deliberate, worthwhile softball/baseball camp during Junior Renegades to practice coaching it forward. The ultimate goal is for athletes to implement what they have learned as a leader and coach while making a positive difference in young athletes' lives. Each participant will work with certified coach/instructor Kirsten Hertzog on Thursday evenings to develop skills and then apply to Jr. Renegade players during their clinics on Saturday mornings.

Days: Tier 1 - Thursday's (3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25)

from 7-8pm

Tier 2 - Sunday's (3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28) 

from 3:00-4:00pm

Price: $150 (non-members, $135 (members)

*Note* Tier 1 is a pre-requisite course that athlete coaches must register and complete before being eligible for Tier 2.
